Booking and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: Training Events Cooling off period: if you change your mind for any reason within 14 days of booking you will be entitled to a full refund, unless services have been accessed and used to which you will be required to pay for the extent of use. Full refunds will be given up to 21 days prior to event start date, after which a payment of 50% of event fee will be charged. Cancellation: 1-1 Appointments 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment, less than 24 hours’ notice, will require payment to be made in full.
