What I learned from being a student of Mary’s and why she is so powerful at what she does.

Inspirational speaker, author and 'Seer' of Truth Jacqueline Mary known as 'Mary' is the founder and originator of the SEJ Process. Mary has been living a most extraordinary life, helping people from all walks of life to also change their lives. To reach their full potential and live as the extraordinary people they are in Truth, as they put an end to their own personal suffering, and become Self Empowered through the SEJ Processes.

Having studied the SEJ under Mary for a number of years I have come to understand some of the reasons why she is so exceptionally good as what she does and has been able to successfully help so many people over the last 25 years.

Mary is incredibly disciplined in maintaining her peak mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual energy and spends at least 5 hours a day doing various practices that support this. These practices are done every day without fail, to the point that when a family member was in hospital for a week, and Mary was also in the hospital for the week by their side, she would still make sure that she did her 5 hours (in the early hours of the morning). Now she's not asking the same 5 hours of us, but she is asking for discipline, personal responsibility and accountability, something that I struggled with!

Mary walks her talk! Mary leads by example, as she never asks anyone to do anything that she hasn’t already done herself. Any tool, exercises, or practice that Mary asks of her students, she will have used or done herself.

Mary is dedicated to helping and supporting anyone who learns or uses the SEJ and is very clear in her message that the SEJ is a Process for Self Empowerment, hence the name of the Process: The Self Empowerment Journey. This Process is all about helping you to take responsibility and accountability for your own personal growth. It is not about waiting for someone to fix you; it’s about empowering you to become the architect and master of your own life. While doing this Mary will hold you to the highest standards of performance as she is fully aware that we as humans will come up with every excuse under the sun as to why we can’t do something, and these excuses are just lies of the mind. Mary sees the truth in who we are, and our highest self, and won’t let us listen to the mind’s excuses of why we can’t get there.

If you are looking for an easy fix, or someone to fix you, where you don’t have to take responsibility, or do any work, Mary and the SEJ probably aren’t right for you. As Mary always says, if you don’t want to be here you don’t have to. However if you are looking to become completely responsible for your own success, your own mental, emotional, physical, and emotional wellbeing, your own growth as a person, Mary and the SEJ is perfect for you.
